Returns & Exchange
Policy
We hope you’ll love your new purchase!
However, if within 7 days of receiving it you’d like to return it, please first consult us and then send it back to us together with all the original packaging. We’ll happily exchange it for something else, or if warranted, give you a refund on your purchase price (less shipping costs).
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Please note: earrings are exempt from being returned.
To complete your return, we require your order number and a receipt of proof of purchase.
The customer is responsible for all return postage cost, and we cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged in the return post.
Any item not in its original condition, which is damaged or where there are missing parts for reasons not due to our error, or any item that is returned more than 7 days after delivery will not be accepted.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed within 30 days, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
